How I Met Your Mother star Neil Patrick Harris has revealed his insatiable appetite for food porn.
The 38-year-old actor and his partner David Burtka have a rapacious appetite for fine dining.
Harris recently created a Twitter account @NPHFoodPorn in which he shares images of exquisite meals with his followers.
"I, for some weird reason, enjoy taking extreme close-up pictures of food I'm eating," he laughed to E! Online.
"[Me and Burtka's] favourite types of meals are ones where the chef just brings out food, and usually that's 10, 11 things that they bring out and I'm taking pictures of every single one of them."
Harris is hoping to get some freebies at a posh eatery one day for all his efforts.
"You'd think if people knew I had food porn they'd invite me to their restaurant gratis," he joked. "Think of the pictures I would take."
Harris lends his voice to cartoon Batman evil-doer Two-Face in Cartoon Network's upcoming Robot Chicken superhero special.
"This is my gateway to doing a Christopher Nolan movie," he smiled. "I'm assuming he will see this and figure I've got to be perfect for one of these kinds of roles. [I'd play] the Joker [or] the Riddler."
