
Ryan Seacrest cut a good deal in buying Ellen DeGeneres' Beverly Hills estate - paying about $13 million less than the initial asking price.
Ryan Seacrest is the official owner of Ellen DeGeneres' Beverly Hills estate.
The TV host paid just under NZ$51.1 million for the impressive property, and the title was officially transferred to him on Wednesday.
According to TMZ, the original asking price for the abode was NZ$64.18m.
The estate "covers a city block and is just shy of three acres," according to the US website.
The main house is 2.8 square kilometre, and it also boasts three other houses on the grounds.
The gym is also believed to be impressive as it is reportedly "the size of a large health club".
Ellen and her actress wife Portia de Rossi paid NZ$37.98m in 2007 for the property, which was previously owned by Will and Grace producer Max Mutchnick.
The talk show host later purchased the surrounding properties.
Ryan is currently searching for a buyer for his former Los Angeles property which is listed on the market for NZ$15.7m.
