The fingers of The Black Seeds are in many musical pies, with the release of a new album, they are putting all their ingredients into a single pot.
Dust and Dirt, the band's fifth studio album, has been released this Monday. It was self recorded and produced in their Wellington studio.
The album introduces some new styles not heard on previous releases whilst retaining the trademark sound that has seen The Black Seeds winning fans all around the world.
To celebrate the new release, the six-man has headed on a five-week tour through North America and Europe. It will be just the start of a touring schedule that will last up to five months, including a New Zealand tour in May.
Although their overseas fans will be the first to see the show live, Stuff readers will today have the chance to ask Black Seeds guitarist and co-producer Mike Fabulous everything you always wanted to know about the band.
We'll start midday, so come back and join us for a chat.
