American comedian and author Greg Behrendt has dropped by the Stuff office to answer readers' questions today. You can replay the chat here:
Behrendt is best known for his work as a script consultant at Sex and the City, "offering script notes from the perspective of a straight man to the writing team, composed of women and gay men", and being the co-author of bestseller He's Just Not That into You (2004), that was adapted into a blockbuster by the same name.
He was also the host of the weirdly named Greg Behrendt Show and he's the musical force behind America's instrumental surf and ska combo the Reigning Monarchs and the foremost collector of small glass pig figurines or ("pigurines").
The 20-year veteran of stand-up comedy brings his show - Clown from the Neck Down - to New Zealand for the first time, intent on charming audiences with his refreshingly honest opinions on matters of love, sex and romance.
But before he's taking the stage to host the festival's opening gala tonight in Auckland he came into the Stuff office to answer your questions.
